which contributions and returns on the investment of contributions are accumulated.<\/p><p>Auxiliary pensions are calculated based on the amounts of contributions and their returns accumulated in the individual accounts. <strong>The higher the accumulated capital, the higher the auxiliary pension.<\/strong><\/p><p>The information in the individual account is shown with a time lag. This is due to the contribution declaration, payment and clearance process. <strong>The TEKA contributions are collected by e-EFKA, checked, and transferred to TEKA so that they may be credited to the insured persons\u2019 individual accounts.<\/strong><\/p><p>Specifically:<\/p><p>On a monthly basis, employers submit an Analytical Periodical Declaration (APD) and pay the contributions due by the last business day (for public offices) of the month following the month that the labour or service was provided.<\/p><p>The transaction is then checked and cleared.<\/p><p>Finally, 2 &#8211; 3 months after the end of the month of employment\/work, TEKA receives the personalized information on the contributions declared and paid for each person and only then will they appear in people&#8217;s individual accounts.<\/p><p>For example, January contributions will appear in individual accounts in April, February contributions in May, March contributions in June etc.<\/p><p>A similar process applies for the non-salaried persons\u2019 contributions.<\/p><p>\u00a0<strong>myTEKA<\/strong>\u00a0is the informational platform of TEKA.<\/p><p>Through\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/myteka.gov.gr\/teka\/\"><strong>myTEKA<\/strong><\/a>, insured persons have access to their individual account from their PC, tablet and mobile phone by entering their personal TaxisNet credentials and their Social Security Number (AMKA).<\/p><p>The individual account provides detailed information on savings, paid contributions and return on investment, 24\/7, 365 days a year.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u0391\u03c1\u03c7\u03b9\u03ba\u03ae myTEKA (Individual Auxiliary Pension Account) Login to myTeka Individual accounts are the personalized pension accounts in which contributions and returns on the investment of contributions are accumulated.
